Looking Good-Looking God
Today we are so concerned about looking good, smelling good and feeling good......
Todays thought of the day is.......
If we are going to look good then we need to look good according to God's standards......

Challenge of the Day?
If your jeans are tight and your butt is not covered, how do you know you are not tempting that man walking behind you to sin and lust for your body?
Do you dress that way because today's society says it is allowed or because it make you feel good or Because God's word says that you should?
Do you think what would please God before you actually do something?
Well if you don't you should because just becasue Yeshua died for our sins doesn't mean you are allowed to keep sinning or you are allowed to do what you want to do. Just to repent over the same things over and over again.
O challenge you to Modesty, to decency in thought, action and dress!!!

When does what you believe override what is Written in the Bible?
When does men's traditions supersed what the bible says?
If you did a biblical search of "Christmas", "Easter", "Sunrise Service", and "New Years" what would you find?
But if you are supposed to celebrate biblical "Holy" Days verses man made "Holidays" what would you know about that?
How often do you read your bible to actually find out what you should or should not be doing in your life?
Do you depend on what your preacher or teacher or pastor tells you or do you read for yourself.

Biblical Common Sense
Why is it that often times especially in today's religiously/spiritual realm do we feel that we can change God's rules??
Why is it that God can reveal something totally different from what his book says to some theologically degreed person and that makes it right.
I just have to know because....I have had some thoughts about what God's word says and he evidently allowed me to stray into some very dangerous waters only for me to realize that it is what is written in those 66 books that matters most to live.
I mean where does it say in the Bible that the ten commandment's are no longer regiments for our daily living.
If the Golden Rule: Do Unto Others as You would have Others do Unto you APPLIES....then the first ten commandment's apply right?!
Okay, so when did it become okay to fornicate before being married? Where is it written???
When did Sunday become a day of rest and worship instead of the Sabbath(Shabbot) which is Saturday....Where in the Bible is it WRITTEN?
Where is it written that it is okay for women not to cover there bodies, and to look extravagant and to spend lots of money on expensive clothing???
Where is it written that it is okay to drink and party and yet still be set apart???
Where is it written that it is okay not to be submissive to your husband?
Where is it written that you CAN GET A DIVORCE IF YOU WANT To???
Where did this world go wrong?
Where is it written that it is okay to listen to the WORLDS music??
Okay Ladies:
Where does it say that you must wear make up and earrings and expensive jewelry and shoes with pocket books to match and the most expensive perfumes and the newest car with the fanciest phone???
If the WORD of GOD says that these things are a requirement to be blessed then I want to see it.
Where does the word say that the rich will definitely go to heaven?
Shouldn't Heaven be your number one concern while making your decisions in life....what if you applied every decision to will this get me through the pearly gates of Heaven.....how would your life be different?
Okay please comment because I just have to know the answers to these questions.

What I learned from My Children
What I learned from my children today is that we are often times like them….without rules and regulations (Mom &Dad’s Laws), and discipline we run wild and act any way we want….and that is not how God intended.
I realized that without the law or without discipline we could easily die, for example if I just let my youngest daughter run in the street and I see a car coming and I don’t yell at her to stop and run after her….then she could get killed, yet if I yell at her and go after her and she stops and gets a spanking for running in the street and almost getting killed she know not to do it again.
It is much like the Laws that God has set up for us to follow. For Instant the Sabbath….if we don’t observe it then we will get burnt out and tired yet if we do celebrate it then we can be both spiritually and physically restored.
If we don’t have laws to govern us then we have the potential to be seriously harmed or even killed permenantly. God will literally distroy our spirit/soul if we die in our wickedness....I don't know about you but I don't want to know what it would be like for me to die and everything goes black and you don't come back....that is not a good feeling think about it.
I used to think not to long ago that living inside of a religious/spiritual box was a bad thing and that I was very constricting, and now I realize (not that I have always thought it was a bad thing), however, now I realize that having discipline and order in your life brings you peace, and security.
God has provided his word in a Book called the BIBLE which I believe means BASIC-INSTRUCTIONS-BEFORE-LEAVING-EARTH.

and we still can't seem to get that right and I can't even get them all right unless I am submissive and prayfull.
And the instructions are so very basic, yet you can’t have the clutter of life which is what I think Yeshua meant when he was talking about the seed being sown amongst the thorns.
I am really at the point where I have found the treasure and I want to sell everything that I have and to go and buy the field.
Mat 13:44 "Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found, and hid. In his joy, he goes and sells all that he has, and buys that field.

Grandmothers Love (Although I started this post titled as Grandmother's Eulogy)
I learned what love and sacrifice was all about one sleepless night at the old age of 28.
I also learned that it was my Grandmother that taught me what love and sacrifice was.
Love is when you know and feel something is wrong and you pray earnestly.
Love is sacrificing love of another to care for someone dear to thee.
Love is not one fool thing after another….it is two foolish ones after each other.
Sacrifice is when you do without what you want, in order to pay off Debt.
Love is much like sacrifice, she invested in me over time and now I am paying her dividends for being there for me when I didn’t know how to be there for myself.
It was God who placed my Grandmother hear to watch over me….and all of these years I was blaming my mom for not being a good example and the example was placed in my life by God all along.
Sometimes when you think you know it all you don’t….even when it’s right in front of you.
Sometimes when you think you are humble you are not….to think you are humble is a very arrogant thought….
Sometimes when you think you are right you are not.
Sometimes when you think you understand everything you do not….there is always something else to learn…..for knowledge is infinite.
Sometimes when you promise yourself you won’t do something you are lying to yourself even if you really mean it…..
It is truly best to live a quiet life both internally and externally so that you won’t lie to God, Yourself, and others.
Sometimes when you think you have figured it out you haven’t.
